I agree. They have 809 million o/s with another 4.91 billion in reserve to pay lenders. Only reason they're not converting is because the pps is so low and the stock is dead in the water.

But Shaun's lack of interest in $BOTY and lack of knowledge to run a pink sheet is the real death of this company. The man has the number one product in the world (sex) and is bitching about paying a couple hundred bucks for a real PR???... and has no idea how to market the women of LFC to the investment community???.... the dude seems very lost.

Race against the clock here while their social media is exploding... can he figure out how to use that exposure to attract new investors???... people willing to buy up and trade the debt to support the girls???... or does it eventually go YIELD, STOP, CROSS BONES????
