If you've got time and care to, can you give a scenario of how this business mentioned in the shelf prospectus moves into play over the 25 month period mentioned? This is a process of bringing working capital, investment capital into the business? What benefit is this providing to them? Presently they are retiring existing debt and seem to be cash flowing quite well. Where are they headed?
