yep- this is easily manipulated with a few shares. IMO the co is trying to get current.. otherwise they would not spend the $$$ for filings.
believe my $10k is now worth 5 bucks! TWO RS's.
When mikey ran the co-- he had great ideas-(inventor)- but little public business experience .
Mike L has shares- they are listed in the filing.
