Very good news... “Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. said Thursday that it has reached an agreement with Sears Holdings Corp. and will withdraw its objection to the proposed sale of Sears' assets to Chairman Edward Lampert and his hedge fund, ESL Investments.”
