I think so too, but am less positive on the outcome of the trial. All other calcium blockers have failed.







No other calcium channels have had safety & efficacy testing, so I'm not sure what this even means. But even if they had, I have previously extensively posted on why isradipine was chosen for these tests over all other calcium channel blockers (highest relative affinity for CaV1.3 receptors in the brain relative CaV1.2 receptors in the peripheral circulatory system). I would very much expect every other calcium channel to fail, and it wouldn't have any predictive value in regards to isradipine's success.
