Wrong.. According to GNBT's Press release they were FDA Cleared

I've been very clear already, so I will type more slowly. The FDA APPROVES drugs. FDA CLEARS devices. Drug Approval requires Phase 1, 2, and 3 studies to prove safety and efficacy. Clearing a device for use only requires notification to the FDA that the device is being used in humans. Excellagen is a device which has been CLEARED FOR USE, it is **not** a drug which has been APPROVED.

Your first 2 posts asserted that Excellagen is FDA Approved and that the Approval was evidence this is not a scam. Since, as I have repeatedly correctly described here today, it is **not** Approved as you said, is that evidence that this is scam???
