If anything, when he wins, everything will then be reevaluated... PPS will move higher based on profitable stores being held, non-profitable stores being sold to pay debtors,...

What will happen is, SHLDQ shares will be converted into NEWCO and reopen under another name and valuation. Old shares will be cancelled and transferred over to NEWCO.

NEWCO will if not already, apply for name change when the time comes.
