You are trying too hard!! The CEO can dramatically increase the business and prospects causing a large upward move in the stock price and in that case if he decides to do a reverse split with a fast growing business, it makes sense.

You are just referring to those companies that are close to death and then do a reverse split many times to stay alive. Not the case at all.

Sorry, but this is not INTK's case.

Short the stock and you will learn the very hard, expensive way. Otherwise, your talk is cheap!
