From this info it would appear that GEOMC is happy to be selling units on their own since Calmare never paid their bills and there has never been, unless I missed it, any resolution of the claims by GEOMC.

What is unclear to me, other than what may be happening in Korea, is whether there are sales in the US and how it can affect anyone still owning Calmare in the US.

That raises the question as to what any of the doctors and clinics with Calmare machines are doing for service, parts or upgrades (if there are any) of software and hardware. Are they stuck with outdated equipment? May powderbum can provide the answer but I doubt we will hear from Mir.
