It has a friendly relationship with KG, but this does not open doors of its own.

That is like saying a list of distributors anywhere equals access.

VATE has to do its own work...produce and deliver its own products...manage its own accounts.

Unless you are suggesting that VATE will license its product to KG then there is no interest for KG to 'sell' VATE.
