We may never know the reason why he did it. But I do think we should be told why.

At any rate, Sandy said in a PR that the PFD's are a gift to us all for being loyal shareholders but as it stands right now they will never be tradeable therefore it's not much of a gift.

For Sandy to simply say he doesn't see any reason why they shouldn't be trading already isn't cutting it IMO.

He needs to straighten this out and he needs to do it soon.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
