They may have shown an ask of .0013 at say 250, 000 shares and a desire to buy say 600,000 shares at .00012 . The .0013 could not have partially filled the number of shares on order , if the price limit was for .0012 desired. Could that be true? Very odd indeed! Your guess is as good as mine, (or better).
