Pretty simple G C .

If you are holding 4,000 shares just divide those by 75.

Now instead of 4,000 you now have 53.3 shares. You must also multiply

the share price by 75 at the same time. So, if it split last night

after the market closed when the share priced closed at .2036

you would hold 53 shares at a per share value of $ 15.27ea..

Your dollar value would N O T change. What you are hoping to gain is

exposure to the deep money pockets of large fund holding companies

that are not allowed to purchase OTC stocks.

That said, EVSI would then have a very small float. It shows ruffly

150 Mil shares O/S. The float then would be 150 - 75 = 2 Mil..

Most large trading companies do NOT like low floats as it is often

hard to get out if you have very large blocks of stock. So if they

do the 75/1 split I would look for them to follow ( once they feel

comfortable with the new listing ) to do a forward stock split to

make more shares available for trading. JMPO on the forward split

potential. They may have other plans. But it is obvious that the

float that low will scare off some investors. However, if they have an

extremely rare product that experiences great demand, such as the

perhaps the Standard TM, then the float size will not matter!!

I am very positive on EVSI, Desmond and the boys!
