Someone please correct me if im wrong


Its my understanding from playing the Pinks for a couple years that a company has to be CURRENT on their filings and OTC Pink Current in order to dilute


Im not suggesting they ARE diluting....but the Volume since Jan 22nd has been insane and Im curious as to why


Also....they currently have NO NOTES Converting
