RE: Why would anyone sell at $32?

Best guess is that either they need the funds now or that they're in the black and are tired of waiting.

It's not a move I would or have made but I can't offer any other explanation.


But what's up with this, today?
400 shares traded $1.51 ABOVE THE 345 SEK EQUIVALENT USING TODAY'S EXCHANGE RATE!!!

What's strange is that there's been no news of the arbitrator's settlement share price. Could something be going on?

INFORMATION FROM THE GOOD MAN ABOUT THE TWO RETURN OF SHARES IN
ARCAM SHAREHOLDERS

As you have previously received notice, GE Sweden Holdings AB has called for compulsory redemption of Era's and other minority shareholders' shares in Arcam Aktiebolag. The process is now ending and a final arbitration is expected before the end of the year.

The exercise amount will probably be set at SEK 345 per share. In addition , interest is paid on the redemption amount according to Section 5 of the Interest Act, which corresponds to the Riksbank's reference interest rate with the addition of two percentage points. Interest is payable on the inviting day on January 11, 2018.

GE Sweden Holdings AB shall pay the redemption amount and the interest rate when the final arbitration award has become final , which takes place 60 days from the time that all the participating parties have received part of the arbitration award and provided that appeal has not taken place.

The payment is usually made through Euroclear AB (formerly VPC AB). Euroclear primarily makes payments to the bank account that is linked to the VP account on
which the respective shareholder's Arcam shares are registered. For further questions about how payment is made, please contact your bank and / or Euroclar.
