According to the information on that page it might appear the suits have either been settled or possibly transferred into the name of NM, LLC.

Keep in mind that until such time as Neomedia pays their back taxes and provides its filings to the state of Delaware, they are no longer protected under the laws of Delaware (merely one of the MANY reasons I have attributed to them funneling all assets into the name of NM, LLC! NM, LLC carries legal protection under the laws of Delaware without the need to provide any of the aforementioned...as they continue to await a mature ecosystem ).
