Vrus! Notes, maturity dates a reason for late filing?

Donald P. Monaco Insurance Trust a promissory note..$530,000..matures January 26, 2019..however, upon the Company’s failure to pay the obligations set forth in the Monaco Note on the maturity date, the holder may convert the Monaco Note into shares of the Company’s common stock at a conversion price equal to the lowest closing price..$137,250 (the “Actus Note 2”)..convertible note.matures on April 18..

125,000,000 shares of preferred stock,.. Net Loss..$1,835,841..an increase of $573,255..result of certain default provisions of our convertible notes payable, and a $189,483 payable as a result of a settlement of the Monaker litigation...Our total revenue decreased to $216,316..

..We did not have any cash used in or provided by investing activities..We have financed our operations since inception primarily through proceeds from equity and debt financings

Anyone convert 125M P-share to common?

CEO Imo..a finance mastermind, double cookie raider (in his twitter admittance) is he scrambling to further finance as notes already matured (Jan 26-2019) and soon new notes hence delay?

Hope I’m wrong and he has backlog to cover.. All in the filings.
