Early start up that has been running for like 5 years. Had connections and were doing studies with Canopy Growth 5 years ago, also were doing studies at MIT university. Only a guy like Chad could screw something like that up. You sound like you fell for a pitch at their annual Boca Raton gig, where they go to find all the new suckers. Even the tiniest amount of DD would show this company is toast of the burnt variety.
