A big name global partner makes infinite sense, especially, imo a pharma with a commitment to medical marijuana development and products.

This present offer is so unbelievably bad, for a company of Aphria's stature and prominence.
The new management is definitely needed for Aphria to move to the net level of recognition and international growth.

Aphria has too much to offer and that a partner hasn't emerged already is perplexing. IMO it was mnagement related, but that now all appears changing for the positive.
