I agree it’s all politics, but they put out bids the opportunity to work with LSU on providing medication and we won. After investing $9,000,000.00 they should allow us and our State University Partners From LSU to Complete our growth and medication extraction and distribution via licensed pharmacies to qualified patients with proper prescriptions.

I do not agree that we should put cash in a paper bag and deliver it.

We’re a public company already working in a grey area, r.e, Federal vs State Government.

Their big beef is they want any private testing company to have 5 years minimum experience.

Within our industry I don’t believe there is such a qualifying company.

Qwest qualifies but is not interested until the Federal Ban is lifted.

However, Evio Labs is already testing in a dozen locations in 5 states as can be seen below,



Not allowing them to test is punitive and I believe our best remedy is in the courts.

Not dropping off a bag full of cash.

It will continuee to take time and will cause further delays but the right attorneys utilizing the parents of the ill children can be very convincing in both expediting a hearing claiming a potential public health crisis adding not just the Ag Commissioner but the Governor, Lt. Governor and anyone else in power that doesn’t want the negative publicity on their desk or at their feet. Perhaps the proper Parrish’s Representatives with elections coming.
