He did say he wasn’t going to raise the A/S.

They won’t have to do it with a r/s once all the notes are taken care of.

Hopefully he is right in that r/s can be successful. I for one have never seen one work. Anyone been in or seen a R/s over 1/10 work? If they did a 1 for 10 it would bring the o/s to around 250 million which is manageable and put the PPS at .007

Thoughts everyone? Don’t just say a r/s won’t happen, it’s pretty clear it will. The question is when.
