Looks like started in Nov works as CEO two different mining companies looks like looks very bad from reading. From what I am thinking just a guess any profits he made from BMIX he put into JUPGF JUPITER GOLD CORPORATION SHS so he does not have to pay share holders. I dunno about rules but thinking maybe this should be reported? Lets add a general into the mix too hmmm.
