the first in line to be sued will be IBAC by the people who were overcharged on their cc..after all the Hotel is 51% owned..and Becker was in charge..was the general manager..and the cc were overcharged in the name of the Hotel and not in the name of Becker...so on...do you think one of the people being overcharged will take the opportunity to sue...?? any shark lawyer would take that on a contingency agreement..?? and what would they sue Becker for?? for the remaining 49%...maybe...
