I emailed Hal about your threat. He did not say he was suing me. Also, nothing happened last september to give him cause. Everything I posted was the truth. You were even stating that I must have insider information my posts were so right on. I posted about the cfo getting fired a week before they released news of it. If you remember, Hal told me to stop talking about westergaard, teh company never heard of him or knew of his reports. Then I posted the 30 min audio with the ceo, westergaard and westy's paid promoter. Then I posted a PR of a financial conference with westy and the ceo presenting the fraudulent numbers. Then the analyst admitted to me in writing that the ceo gave him all the bad numbers. He just did the math. You are the fraudster, hand in hand lying to investors about the numbers. YOU should be in jail. YOU are the one who caused that shareholder to go missing after he lost his money because of your posts. You even pretended to be a friend to the guy. The stock dumps and you dump your friends. You will definitely go to hell. If your children only knew what a liar and a loser you are, they'd be so embarassed. I sure would be if you were my dad. I sure hope you didn't raise your kids to believe that lying and cheating people with stocks is a good thing to do. May god have mercy on your soul. I doubt it. It's as black as coal.
