GM bakedog and all. I had another call with Greg Rotman last night ok! Greg told me that they've been surprised by the sheer amount of compliance time required to get the buyback program approved by the "3" firms they've approached now. The good news is that they have cleared the compliance departments of 2 of the 3 "brokerage firms" so far, and are now waiting to clear the compliance department of the "clearing firms" of each respective broker only ok!

They decided to reach out to a 3rd firm at the end of last week, just because they were told that getting a share repurchase program through all the compliance of both a brokerage firm and clearing firm, is surprisingly 1 of the hardest endeavors to undertake right now, because apparently so many big board firms have been doing share repurchase programs over the past year with some of their corporate profits so there's lots of vetting required to get through compliance for any PubCo's wanting to do 1 these days.

With that said however, he whole-heartedly believes that they've already cleared the brokerage firm compliance department hurdle and are now waiting on the clearing firm compliance department to give the thumbs up so to speak which could literally happen any day now!


He also told me that they remain completely on track on the Rotmans Super 8k acquisition filing front, and even re-hired the old operations manager at Rotmans to assist the auditors working on the Rotmans audited financials which must be included with the Rotmans Super 8k! Apparently the woman is a whiz and knows Rotmans inside out...so to ensure a smooth overall transition of integrating Rotmans into VYST she has agreed to come back on for a 6 month contract spell to aid in all the moving parts of the integration. He also did say that Friday February 15th isn't a due date for the pending Rotmans Super 8k...it's just an approx. timeframe they're shooting for give or take 2 or 3 days one way or the other, and that they're clearly trying to get it filed as soon as humanly possible the moment the audited fins are signed off on by the auditing firm ok!

He also told me that they have lots of exciting material developments occurring behind the scenes right now and that they will soon begin updating the market on what that all means!

I asked him straight up if they would be uplisting to the QB and QX exchanges ahead of their Nasdaq uplisting pursuit and he straight up told me that I would have to pay attention to the upcoming news wires as some questions he simply cannot answer right now in order to stay within the confines of fair disclosure!

He then spent some time going over a couple of VYST's insiders who have significant pedigree, 1 of which is on their BOD's and who is considered the pre-eminent latex scientist in the world today! He ended the call by talking about all the cutting and competitive edge advantages VYST's proprietary latex possesses over everything else out there in the global market today! It was really eye opening to hear him explain the process of how they remove the ammonia right on the plantation within 6 hours prior to it even being sent to the processing plants! And how VYST's latex can stay in the processing plants lines for 5 days without the lines even being in operation...whereas most latex out there needs to be removed from the lines every morning that the processing lines get turned back on...which can save the processing plant operations $10's of thousands of dollars worth of lost latex every month alone! Also by removing the ammonia right on the plantation VYST's products contain none of the tiny bubbles prevalent in so many other latex products that don't remove the ammonia on site!

All in all it was another great call and I find Greg to be extremely knowledgeable and as excited about the immediate future of VYST's direction as the majority of us new shareholders are glta!
