As someone that’s been here from Aug 2017, I can vouch that the company has set out to do this from the very beginning, but were met with quite a lot of failure that set it back in a substantial way.
We originally had 75M OS and a clean balance sheet. Then, AFG did not complete so we had no choice but to take out convertible debt to meet the daily operating cash obligations.
That set us back to 700M OS it is today.
I can say with confidence that whatever RETC set out to do over 1.5 years ago, it is finally happening now.
If you review old press releases you will find that as these little acquisitions complete, pace of subsequent acquisition completions will accelerate.
I think we are already seeing that.
Logically, that precedent only makes sense, because who doesn’t want to be involved in a holding company with an accretive acquisition revenue model?
