I did go back and look at the history

Sure it is a shell company that is a pass around where stock is sold while there is a figurehead placed at the helm till the usefulness is used up and they find a new CEO with a new scam. This has been going on since inception of the shell company. It is still banned from trading in British Columbia because it is a scam. The shell had to revert to Pink status because they couldn't cover their tracks and fix the required SEC filings. Nothing has changed as it passes through the scams. Mining, wonder watch, rolling papers and now a few old worn out satellite dishes on some corner in Florida that looks like a junk yard. It amazes me how they come up with these ideas but they work to sell stock to unsuspecting people who fall for the fluff.
