The SEC is also the one who approved companies to be able to use social media to release info. For inquiring minds, using social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. are considered ”official” communication mediums for companies to keep their shareholders updated per the SEC as confirmed from the link below:



Yes that is true but the SEC also warns of fraud by scammers. With this shell company it is more than likely nothing more than a promise in hopes of selling worthless stock. Look at the history of the company and that should tell you all you need to know. Further that Twitter account is not a verified Twitter account.
