The outbreak in Vancouver (not in the news) is 95% in the Ukrainian Population and almost all are 1st generation. Ukraine has a MMR low vaccination rate due to the general distrust of the government (think Russia occupation). So far all the cases have been linked back to two churches that had a couple members travel abroad and then had a bible study. As of now not one case was transmitted at one of the exposure points. the 6th grade MMR rate is 93% here, the low kinder rate is due to the booster being at 4-6 years old and kindergarten starts at 5, hence many kids dont have it yet.
