Bottom line is that Rory doesn’t have the FDA staring over his shoulder. I think or should I say hope that David knows he has the goods and wants to thread the needle in getting SPORT approved. An overly aggressive approach might jeopardize this from occurring. The other variable that is effected by this is the short term share price. The silent periods are killers not only to the share price but to my mental stability! It’s like watching grass grow.
