[color=red]A few things I find somewhat confusing and leave me with questions. First is a month of back and forth with lawyers and TA for only a share reduction seems odd. Then again, I’ve never been a CEO that did a share reduction so…..


Also, the wording Berman has been using in the tweets when speaking of share reduction. It started with his December 31st tweet “Meeting with Lawyers on Friday to discuss reduction of shares as well as redomicile to Colorado which will happen in 2019. Reduction to happen ASAP.


Then on Jan 3rd “it’s all happening quick and coming together”, Jan 23rd “it’s all getting done and falling in place”, Jan 28th “this is all happening”, Feb 1st “it’s all coming together”.

Feb 4th "I will put out an official PR including the reduction"


We all know Berman has been a bit loose with his wording in the past but to consistently use “it’s all” leads me to believe more is going on than just the share reduction [PR including the reduction]. I’m content with the share reduction for now; we’ll know shortly if we get more.
