With LCTZ they actually changed the name on Nevada SOS before the discharge so that's what I'm looking for him to do on CNHC. Then the discharge was on 1/9. So less than a month from discharge to officer change but like I said we could see something come out before that if Richard Chiang follows the same procedure here.
