E*TRADE works in conjunction with the "National Association of Securities Dealers" NASD and other brokerage firms concerning online trade restrictions for securities.

You can call us at 1-888-388-2900 in order to place orders for IPEI. I am sorry that you have to call in to place your order and I understand that this is inconvenient.
