These people (Ocsy management) are not even sophisticated scammers. How can the SEC even allow this to happen.

The evidence here is overwhelming. What company acquires another company and hands it back because they can't make money from it. That is the explanation we were given for the security company acquisition, haha. Once you acquire a company and pay for it, its yours.There is nothing to hand back, unless the original owner buys it back at a deep discount. Maybe Lisa Nelson owns the company and bought it back at a dollar and change ??
