Starting to get nervous. Wondering why the company would put out that 10k would be early. Didn’t happen. Then come out with possible dilution and r/s. I know the reasoning about why, but they lied about early 10k now. Also, they came out with saying a snag on the most important item, convertible note! Well, if that doesn’t happen than this stock is screwed and dilution will happen. It’s a make or break moment. Been in and out almost a year now. Sick of hearing news this week or next week.
