Based on the trading, it would be naive to think that there wasn't some sort of promo here, who was behind it, I have no clue, wish I knew. Yes, a lot of bag holders were created, but all promo's create bag holders, there was also an equal opportunity to make some money as well.

It's possible this could pop again now that the CE is gone, but I'm all about mitigating risk as much as possible on the OTC, and the high pps + high o/s + toxic convertible financing = too much risk for my personal taste.
