I know quote a lot 9f otcvconpaniescare scam companies, however this is 5he most brazen successful swindling of investors I have personally witnessed.O am sure there are more.

Basically I understand everything now Ocsy was created and a story created about how the company was going to be a new force in the cyber security industry. Phony contracts were won. Potential big contracts were created , with the company knowing these would never see the light of day.

They enlisted the help of a crooked General and someone affiliated with the petroleum industry to help deceive the public into thinking that they were a credible company.

They didnt even have the decency to gracefully wind down operations. They suddenly say, well investors.Our business model which was working great last week suddenly stopped working today. We are now a weed company, selling little bags of cannibol sweets from grandmas basement. I must report this in to the SEC They must be stopped.This company has morphed into over 5 different companies in just 8 years.The public has been scammed for over a decade. Everyone should lodge a complaint.
