Your theory sounds very off. Dose it have to run every week not to be considered dead? If it only runs every 4 months is that called dead? I always though dead was forever. This ones runs every few months. Have a look at the chart for 2018. Look at how many times we have seen this level where it bounced right back making us some nice returns. No reason to think this time will be any different. I attached the chart below so you can see what I'm talking about.


My DD tells me this one is far from dead. They just did there Quarterly Report filling a bit over 2 months ago. We should see there Annual Report real soon. Last year they put it out at the beginning of March so I'm expecting it around then. They have done 13 fillings in the past year when none were done before that since 2002 when the company was abandoned by it's CEO and other board members. The new board members have been catching everything up from years and years of nothing.. The company has not even spoke yet. Once they do this one will wake up in a big way.. I guess you can say it's going to rise from the dead...lol Good luck to you!!
