Curious the anti-dilution shares and series the founders have of nurish.me ?

If good amount , no matter how many shares they may have in common especially preferred shares they are protected for they will always have anti-dilution and not be diluted downward

But as shares converted into market shareholders could further be diluted and as shares come into place price of shares reduced

Yes then down the line reverse could take place and ouch but yes founders are made whole
