All cigs will not be banned,,only addictive cigs will be banned the what the ruling in 2009 gave the FDA the power to do,,and they are not doing it with enough proven trial now to assure that it is feasible,,,
I see huuuugh lawsuits comming aimed at the FDA on not protecting the public interest on this and clearly having the Power to do so and the product to do so,yet will they allow Bit tobbaco to continue to kill half a million people every year for their profits..
And now they are introducing a product that addicts even more people to nicotine that has been called an EPIDEMIC by the FDA and still no action with a product in front of them that they have paid for the trials that clearly have the answer to nicotine addiction in cigs...
LAWSUITS ARE DEFINATLY IN THE FUTURE IN THIS AREA AND XXII HAS ALLOWED THE FDA TO CALL THE SHOTS ON ROLLING OUT SPECTRUM CIGS AND VLN.
I'm still in this stock and not budging.T.
