Upgrading the low rank coal should be enough.
CCTI should be able to sell that one alone.
I think they should keep the additional processes separated from the original design and offer each client the option to upgrade based on their
individual needs. Like buying a new car, you can order any option that you desire. Right?
keeping everything in perspective of course.
Not all countries have the same needs,but every country needs POWER.
This was after all the main selling point.
