The following quote is an example of the quality of reasoning being applied to the overall argument that shares will somehow magically be cancelled:

"If they had significant value, the monitor would be far more excited than they were in the whole of that last sentence."


The monitor would be "far more excited"?

This line of reasoning demonstrates the superficial and cursory level thinking being applied to these CCAA proceedings, specifically in the context whereby one is arguing that shares will be cancelled.

In any case, what is presented here is the argument that "excitement" is some kind of necessary condition the monitor must exhibit in order to render belief in some given material outcome.

It is impossible to take seriously and not worthy of consideration. It lacks any and all substance and cannot be supported by evidence.

Additionally, it is worth noting that the BioAmber IBox intro with the "Warning" contains zero links to PwC or any court documents.
