As is typical for the way Adrian operates, the whole point of the earlier press releases regarding this topic was to allow Adrian to attract interest in DNAX stock and create hype so he (or his toxic financers) could sell more shares. Adrian never intended to follow through with this acquisition just like Adrian never intends to follow through with anything... except selling more shares.
