Clearly they pulled back on the financing deal to not give away controlling interest in the company. I don’t know how many professional banks or funders would fund a clinical trial and business plan as such, without controlling interest.

Especially, with all the dilution this management team has a history of, Camille Sebaaly’s scam operation may be running out of gas, if they can’t raise any interest soon.
