Q1. What does it mean for the SEC to "make sure there is a stop"? Are you referring to a stop-loss order placed with a broker?



Not a stop but a "stop, delinquent sec reporting sign"

2. What does this mean? "delinquent sec reporting sign at your companies name" Are you saying that the Securities and Exchange Commission is delinquent in some way? Please explain your words.


As someone who has a lot of experience making investments and knows something about the law, you will know that sign.

3. What information will not be hard to use for further action?

The marking by the SEC of a company as "delinquent sec reporting"
