Yes, up to. If no one buys this junk, it stops. It will he a perpetual dilution fest until they feel like they randomly have enough $$$...which is apparently up to them.....so who knows... But, I'm willing to bet it doesn't even get to that point. They won't get funding. They never do. I'm still confused where the money will go. For awhile they gave up on the fake drug, then wanted to sell generics. Of course no money, so they were gonna raise funds to sell generics....raise funds to raise funds..makes sense!! Now it's back to fake drug? Oh but now there's a random amino drug....that'll need funds too....lol, it's a scam. No invent to sell anything, but helps the PnD margins.

If this was a real company, with a real cancer drug, worth billions, these clowns could have kept from a salary for a few years to help fund it. Long term investment, right? You don't actually think they spend 40+ hours a week at their satellite office? They don't have a lab.....so they are getting paid to sit at home or their other jobs.....by you.
Seems to me, make sacrifices now, to make billions down the road.....but...ya, they just increase their salaries instead, milking uninformed persons to buy their pumps.
