The significance of 2/14 is that is the staleness date for the Q3 2018 10Q for delinquent filers like ARYC . If they want to be current, they would have to file by that date or otherwise wait for March 31 when the 10K for 2018 is due.

But we know that with ARYC, they march to their own drum, all bets are off as to what they will do.
