Cashquest it is only a motion as of yesterday. We will have to wait for the ruling to see what the judge decides. Thought it was interesting that the partial win on Backman is playing into this motion.

I would have to read the motion again to give an opinion on wheather he could testify at all if motion is granted and my opinion would not be worth much. If the motion is granted it would add strength to the Insmed defense and that is all that matters concerning this motion IMO. It is just a part of many in this trial.
