Reverse Split approved anytime after Dec 2018 per PR. As pointed out that on $MSPC tweet on Apr. 2018 they state no reverse split BUT in their PR they made it clear that the talked about reverse split would not happen at least through Dec 2018. This clearly means after Dec 2018 it is back on the table. This is why TA has been recently gagged to hide the bloated pig of the share structure. It’s coming and hopefully fraud charges and even deportation of this groups of illegals running $MSPC scam.
