Bingo!I emailed Ken after Amgn left,and thanked him for getting us out of that lousy deal,with no milestones in sight. Adxs was`nt allowed to say a word without Amgn`s permission,and not being able to reveal the milestone payment schedule, made them as good as worthless,because everyone assumed that they were all back loaded to the very end. Adxs had given away an entire platform,that could be dynamic for cancer patients with deep pockets,so I always thought they wanted out of it,especially if they were hearing that they could`ve sliced it up,like the HOT,and have revenue potential for 10 times the amount. If something`s valuable,or you want to give the impression that it is,you don`t give it all away,right out of the gate. That`s what Dan did,and I`ve always said it was stupid. Merck should take both NSCLC applications,and all 3 PSA applications. For that Matter,Merck should buy the whole company,but I`m willing to bet that the company is`nt for sale for peanuts,because Adxs just freed up the NEO to be sliced up,like it should`ve been from the beginning. It lessons the cost for each partner,and gives Adxs the runway to partner all 10 applications with different parties. We think Adxs is in a position of weakness,but Adxs probably believes they`re holding all the cards,because they now control all of the rights for the NEO and the HOT,and AXAL Cervix,PSA and Head and Neck and Anal.Never mind if HER2 winds up testing for Breast cancer,,because that`s a big market share,and the stock would move up acordingly.Adxs has so much potential with all these platforms,,and with the term sheets cooking,the chefs preparing some special plates of HOT Steaming Crow,for the many who want to try and persuade us that Adxs is cooked.
